Terms of Service

1. Who we are

XTEAM is a supplier of CNC laser, cutter plotter and UV machines, screen-protector and skin films, accessories and cloud software for mobile-skin and screen-protector shops. We sell across Egypt and the wider MENA region with engineering and training delivered in Arabic and English.

2. Quotes, orders, and pricing

Prices on our website and in salesperson quotes are indicative and may change until an order is confirmed. We provide formal quotes in Egyptian Pound for the Egyptian market and in USD or SAR where appropriate. Quotes include delivery and on-site installation unless stated otherwise.

An order becomes binding when XTEAM issues a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is no longer available, the price was clearly mis-stated, or there are concerns about fraud or export-control compliance.

Payment terms (full payment, deposit + balance, or financing) are agreed per quote. Late payment may delay delivery and accrue commercial interest where permitted by law.

3. Delivery and installation

For machines in stock, delivery within Cairo and most major Egyptian governorates is typically 3–7 working days; remote governorates and other MENA destinations may take longer. Our team handles on-site installation, calibration, and a half-day training session as part of a standard machine order.

You are responsible for providing a suitable installation site (clean indoor space, stable power, network access for cloud updates) and a contact person for delivery.

4. Acceptance and product accuracy

You should inspect machines and materials at delivery and report visible damage or shortage within 7 days. Sealed films and consumables carry lot codes and shelf-life dates printed on the package.

Photos and videos on our website are illustrative. Cut quality on third-party machines is not warranted — see "Compatibility" below.

5. Warranty

XTEAM machines come with a standard 1–2 year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. Laser tubes are warranted for 12 months as a consumable. Specific warranty terms ship with each machine.

Films and consumables are warranted only against manufacturing defects within their stated shelf life: 18 months for hydrogel TPU films, 12 months for UV-cure films, when stored cool, dry and away from direct sunlight.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications, power surges, water/heat damage, transport after first delivery, or wear-and-shop-life consumables (cutter blades, cleaning supplies, squeegees).

6. Compatibility with non-XTEAM machines

Our films generally cut cleanly on third-party CNC lasers and cutter plotters, and we share recommended speed/pressure presets for popular brands. Performance, however, is tested and warranted only on XTEAM machines. Cuts, alignment, or material yield issues on third-party hardware are outside our warranty.

7. Software, templates and licensing

XTEAM cloud software and the 25,000+ device template library are licensed, not sold. With each registered machine you receive a license to use the current and future template library and firmware updates for the warranty period and any active subscription period thereafter.

You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software or templates, and you may not use them on machines that are not properly licensed XTEAM units.

Templates are added daily as new devices launch. We aim to publish new iPhones, Galaxy Ultras, foldables, AirPods, smartwatches, laptops, and PS5 controllers within 24 hours of launch but cannot guarantee a specific timeline for any individual model.

8. Returns and refunds

Custom-cut materials, custom-printed back skins, and opened consumables are non-returnable. Sealed materials within shelf life may be returned within 14 days subject to a restocking fee.

Machines are returnable only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect not resolvable by warranty support, and require written agreement with our sales team before shipment back.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use XTEAM products and software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the operating manual and safety guidelines. CNC lasers in particular must be used with proper ventilation, eye protection, and never left unattended during a cut.

You may not use the website or software to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, or copy content for republication without permission.

10. Wholesale and B2B accounts

Distributors, multi-branch retailers and large repair-shop chains qualify for tiered B2B pricing on machines and consumables, plus OEM-branding options. Wholesale terms are governed by a separate B2B agreement that supplements these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTEAM is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (including lost profit, lost data, or business interruption). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Force majeure

XTEAM is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control: natural disasters, power and internet outages, customs delays, war or civil unrest, pandemics, or supplier failure.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt for orders delivered into Egypt, and by the laws of the destination jurisdiction for export orders unless otherwise agreed. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless a different forum is required by mandatory local law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
