CNC laser, cutter plotter & UV machine FAQ
If you mainly cut hydrogel and tempered glass screen protectors, start with a CNC laser — it’s clean, blade-free and perfect for thin films. If you mainly cut decorative back skins, leather, carbon fiber and thermal wraps, start with a cutter plotter. Most growing Egyptian accessory shops eventually run both side-by-side.
TPU and PET hydrogel screen protectors, UV-cure films, privacy films (اسكرينة فيميه / Privacy Screen), anti-blue, matte and tempered-glass-style screen protectors. The cutter plotter handles vinyl skins, carbon fiber, leather skins, matte and transparent thermal wraps.
A UV machine cures liquid adhesive under UV light to bond a UV screen protector edge-to-edge with full fingerprint-sensor compatibility — very popular for premium installs. It pairs well with our laser-cut UV protectors (تركيب اسكرينة UV / اسكرينة ليزر). You don’t strictly need one, but if you sell to executive or pro-camera customers it pays for itself fast.
Light maintenance is weekly: clean the laser lens, check blade tip on the plotter, clear dust. Major service is once or twice a year for industrial-pace shops. CO2 laser tubes typically last 2,000–4,000 hours; plotter blades usually 3–6 months at heavy use. Our 24/7 line walks you through it.
Pricing varies with the configuration (laser only / plotter only / hybrid + UV), and we publish quotes in EGP for Egypt-based shops including delivery and on-site setup. Contact sales for a tailored quote — most accessory shops break even on the machine within 4–7 months of opening.
For machines in stock, delivery in Cairo and most major governorates is 3–7 working days, with our team doing on-site setup, calibration and a half-day training session. Remote governorates add a few days. We ship across MENA from the same support footprint.
