Our CNC laser machines come with a standard 2-year warranty covering all mechanical and electronic components. Laser tubes have a separate 12-month warranty due to the consumable nature of the component. Extended warranty packages are available upon request.

The lifespan of a CO2 laser tube depends heavily on usage intensity and cooling maintenance. Typically, our tubes last between 2,000 to 4,000 working hours. For a machine running 8 hours a day, this translates to roughly 12-18 months.

Currently, the Xteam Cut Suite is optimized for Windows 10 and 11 environments. However, many of our clients successfully run the software on Mac OS using virtualization tools like Parallels Desktop or Boot Camp. A native Mac version is on our roadmap for Q4 2024.

The device database updates automatically over-the-air (OTA) whenever your machine is connected to Wi-Fi. New templates are typically available within 24 hours of a major smartphone release. You can also perform a manual "Check for Updates" in the Settings menu.

Our standard TPU hydrogel sheets have a recommended shelf life of 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The UV-curing sheets should be used within 12 months for optimal curing performance.

Yes, for our industrial-grade cutters and larger orders, we offer white-glove installation and training services. Please contact your sales representative to add this service to your quote.
