Frequently Asked Questions

Go to Settings > Machine > Calibration in the control software. Place the calibration sheet on the bed and follow the on-screen prompts to align the laser pointer with the registration marks.

The serial number is located on a silver metal plate on the back of the machine, near the power input. It is also visible within the "About" section of the touch screen interface.

We recommend inspecting the blade tip for chips every week. Clean any adhesive residue with isopropyl alcohol. Replace the blade every 3-6 months depending on usage volume.
