Extract the archive
Open MMD65_Setup.rar with WinRAR or 7-Zip and extract the contents to any folder.
Plug in your USB dongle
Connect your XTEAM USB softkey dongle before launching the installer — the license is tied to the hardware key.
Run MMD65_Setup.exe
Double-click the installer and follow the on-screen steps. The process takes under two minutes.

XTEAM software is optimised for Windows 10/11. Many shops run it on Mac via Parallels Desktop or Boot Camp without issue, and a native macOS build is on our roadmap. Our 24/7 support line helps configure either route.

Yes — once installed and licensed via the Softkey dongle, XTEAM software runs fully offline. Internet is only needed to fetch the latest cloud-updated templates and software updates. The dongle protects against piracy with no login or password to lose.
Contact support with your machine serial number. We verify ownership through your XTEAM account and ship a replacement dongle. There’s a small replacement fee but no risk of being locked out of your business.
Each machine ships with its own Softkey, so a multi-machine shop simply runs one license per cutter — laser, plotter, UV applicator. Settings, queues and the template library sync per workstation.
Yes — XTEAM software supports Arabic and English UI, with full RTL layout. Egypt and MENA shops can train new operators in Arabic, including all menus, error messages and the on-screen install workflow.
